Buffet Service

When you are after a casual dining experience and would like to offer your guests a wide choice of dishes, a buffet style service is ideal. A traditional buffet table displaying an array of dishes is a delight to the eye, however, if you wish to add a little culinary theatre to your event and theme your buffet, then one option would be ‘food stalls’ where your guests are offered a wide range of themes and menu styles such as Thai, Indian or Chinese to seafood bars with oyster shucking.
